Equipment

  • First, I grab a blender to smoothly mix the strawberries.
  • A citrus juicer is essential to extract the juice from the lemons and oranges.
  • I also use a fine mesh strainer to remove any pulp.
  • For serving, I choose a set of tall glasses and a spoon for stirring.
  • Lastly, ice cube trays come in handy for chilling the mocktail.

Ingredients

Here's what I need:

  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries hulled
  • 2 cups of sparkling water
  • 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup of orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons of honey or agave syrup
  • Ice cubes as needed

Strawberries add a sweet flavor, while lemon and orange juices bring a bright, citrusy kick. Honey sweetens it just right. Sparkling water makes it nice and fizzy.

Instructions

  • First, I blend strawberries until smooth.
  • Then, using my strainer, I strain the puree to remove seeds and pulp.
  • Next, I add lemon, orange juice, and honey to the puree and stir well.
  • I fill glasses with ice and pour the mixture evenly.
  • Lastly, I top each glass with sparkling water.
  • I make sure to stir gently to keep the fizz. 🍓🍊
  • If desired, garnish with sliced strawberries or a lemon wedge for extra flavor and a pop of color.

Notes

For a sweeter mocktail, I simply add more honey. If I prefer less sweetness, I reduce it a little.
Sometimes, I like to swap sparkling water with a flavored one for variety. Garnishes like mint leaves make it extra special too.
