Notes
Fresh strawberries work best for this recipe. Frozen ones can make the drink too watery. The sangria keeps well in the fridge for up to 2 days. For a stronger basil flavor, muddle the leaves before adding them to the pitcher.Replace honey with simple syrup if needed. Start with 3 tablespoons and adjust to taste.Club soda can be added per glass instead of the whole pitcher to keep the bubbles fresh.
