Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled; frozen okay
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice about 4–6 lemons
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup lime juice about 3–4 limes
  • 2 cups cold water or sparkling water
  • 1/4 cup strawberry syrup optional, for extra color/flavor
  • Ice cubes enough for serving
  • Sliced lemons and limes for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Extra whole or sliced strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  • Wash and hull your strawberries.
  • Juice the lemons and limes, and slice a few extra for garnish.
  • Blend strawberries with a splash of water until smooth.
  • (Optional) Strain the puree for a smoother drink.
  • In a large pitcher, combine lemon juice, lime juice, strawberry puree, and simple syrup.
  • Add cold water or sparkling water and stir well.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more syrup, if needed.
  • Fill glasses with ice and pour the mocktail over.
  • Garnish with lemon slices, strawberries, and mint.
