  • Measuring cups/spoons
  • Long mixing spoon
  • Ice bucket or bowl
  • Fine mesh strainer (for blending pumpkin puree)
  • Optional: Halloween-themed glasses or cups

Ingredients

  • 4 cups apple cider chilled
  • 1 ½ cups orange juice
  • 1 cup ginger beer or cream soda
  • 1 cup sparkling wine or lemon-lime soda for non-alcoholic version
  • ½ cup spiced rum
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree smooth
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • Regular ice cubes
  • Dry ice small, food-grade chunks for fog effect
  • Optional garnishes: apple slices orange slices, cinnamon sticks

Instructions

  • Add regular ice cubes to the bottom of your punch bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk or strain pumpkin puree into the apple cider until smooth.
  • Pour the cider mixture into the punch bowl.
  • Add orange juice, ginger beer, sparkling wine, and spiced rum.
  • Sprinkle in pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  • Stir in lemon and lime juice.
  • Mix thoroughly using a long spoon until fully blended.
  • Garnish with apple and orange slices if desired.
  • Just before serving, use tongs or gloves to carefully add small pieces of dry ice for the fog effect.
  • Ladle into glasses—do not serve dry ice directly in the cup.
