Ingredients

  • 2 oz strong brewed coffee
  • 1 oz pumpkin puree
  • 1 oz bourbon spiced rum, or Bailey’s
  • 1 oz vanilla vodka or 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 oz pumpkin spice syrup or simple syrup
  • 4 oz milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Pinch of ground cloves or ginger optional
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  • Brew strong coffee using your preferred method.
  • In a shaker or mason jar, add the pumpkin puree, brewed coffee, milk, syrup, spices, and alcohol.
  • Shake for 15–20 seconds until frothy and well combined.
  • For a hot version, gently warm the mixture in a small saucepan, stirring constantly.
  • Pour into a mug or cocktail glass.
  • Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice.
  • Optional: strain through a fine mesh strainer for a smoother finish.
