Ingredients

cup
lemon-lime soda
e.g., Sprite
1/2

tonic water

tablespoons
grenadine syrup

tablespoon
lime juice
fresh preferred

tablespoon
simple syrup
adjust to taste

teaspoon
activated charcoal powder
optional, for spooky black color

heavy cream
for spider web topping
Ice cubes
Black licorice or gummy spider
for garnish
Instructions
Fill your tall glass with ice cubes.
In a cocktail shaker, combine:
Lemon-lime soda
Tonic water
Grenadine
Lime juice
Simple syrup
Activated charcoal (if using)
Shake well for 10 seconds.
Strain into the prepared glass over ice.
Gently pour heavy cream on top so it floats.
Use a piping bag or toothpick dipped in cream to draw a spider web pattern.
Garnish with a gummy spider or piece of black licorice in the center.
Serve immediately while bubbly!
