This refreshing drink mixes sweet pineapple with zesty lime and a spicy kick from jalapeños. Perfect for summer parties or any time you want a tropical non-alcoholic beverage.
Blend pineapple chunks until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into the pitcher.
Add fresh lime juice to the pitcher with strained pineapple juice.
Remove seeds from jalapeño slices. Then, add 3-4 slices to the pitcher.
Pour in cold water and simple syrup. Stir well to combine.
Let the mixture chill for 30 minutes so flavors can blend.
Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more simple syrup if needed.
Fill glasses with ice and pour the limeade mixture.
Garnish with mint leaves, pineapple chunks, and lime wheels.
Notes
Store leftover limeade in the fridge for up to 2 days.Remove jalapeño slices after 2 hours to prevent the drink from becoming too spicy. For a milder version, use only 1-2 jalapeño slices or remove seeds before adding.Make ahead tip: Prepare the base mixture without water and store concentrated. Add water just before serving.
