Instructions
Rim your glass with lime, then dip in Tajín or salt. Fill the glass with fresh ice.
Add jalapeño slices and simple (or honey) syrup to a shaker; muddle gently to release heat.
Add tequila, triple sec, fresh lime juice, and peach juice/purée. Add ice to the shaker.
Shake hard for ~15 seconds until well chilled, then fine‑strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
Optional: add a small splash of soda water or orange juice. Garnish with a lime wedge or peach slice and serve.
Notes
Taste and adjust before straining: add more agave/syrup for sweetness or extra lime for brightness. Remove jalapeño seeds for less heat. If using peach juice instead of purée, reduce sweetener slightly to keep balance.
