heavy cream, or milk

pure pumpkin purée
not pumpkin pie filling

maple syrup or pumpkin spice syrup

plus more for garnish

vanilla extract or vanilla vodka
Graham cracker crumbs

Instructions
Rim your chilled martini glass with a lemon wedge, then dip it into graham cracker crumbs.
In a cocktail shaker, add spiced rum, pumpkin liqueur, Irish cream, half-and-half, pumpkin purée, syrup, spices, and vanilla.
Add ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until frosty.
Strain through a fine mesh strainer into the prepared martini glass.
Garnish with whipped cream, a dusting of pumpkin pie spice or nutmeg, and a cinnamon stick.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
