Ingredients

  • 2 oz spiced rum or pumpkin spiced rum
  • 1 oz pumpkin liqueur or pumpkin vodka
  • 1 oz Irish cream liqueur Baileys or RumChata
  • 1 oz half-and-half heavy cream, or milk
  • 1 tbsp pure pumpkin purée not pumpkin pie filling
  • ½ oz maple syrup or pumpkin spice syrup
  • tsp pumpkin pie spice plus more for garnish
  • tsp ground cinnamon or fresh nutmeg
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract or vanilla vodka
  • Graham cracker crumbs for rimming
  • Whipped cream for garnish
  • Cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions

  • Rim your chilled martini glass with a lemon wedge, then dip it into graham cracker crumbs.
  • In a cocktail shaker, add spiced rum, pumpkin liqueur, Irish cream, half-and-half, pumpkin purée, syrup, spices, and vanilla.
  • Add ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until frosty.
  • Strain through a fine mesh strainer into the prepared martini glass.
  • Garnish with whipped cream, a dusting of pumpkin pie spice or nutmeg, and a cinnamon stick.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
