Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups vodka
  • 1.5 cups pear juice or fresh pear juice
  • 1 cup ginger beer
  • 1/2 cup ginger liqueur
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey or simple syrup
  • 1-2 fresh pears sliced thin
  • 2-3 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/4 tsp fresh grated nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • extra pear slices for garnish
  • extra cinnamon sticks for garnish
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Fill the punch bowl or pitcher halfway with ice to chill.
  • Pour vodka, pear juice, ginger liqueur, and ginger beer into the bowl.
  • Add the fresh lemon juice and honey or simple syrup. Stir until blended.
  • Drop in the thinly sliced pears and cinnamon sticks.
  • Sprinkle in the nutmeg and ground cinnamon. Stir again.
  • Shake a test glass with ice and strain to check the flavor balance if desired.
  • Adjust sweetness, citrus, or spice to taste. Serve punch over ice, garnished with extra pear slices and cinnamon sticks.

Notes

Use ripe pears for best flavor. Add more lemon juice or less honey for less sweetness. Swap ginger beer with sparkling water for a lighter punch. Let sit 10 minutes for more spice. Adjust to taste before serving. Ginger liqueur adds depth—don't skip it!
