Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 2 oz fresh orange juice
  • 0.5 oz lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 4 oz ginger beer
  • 1 orange slice for garnish
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, orange juice, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  • Shake for 10–15 seconds. Strain into a copper mug or rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
  • Garnish with an orange slice and a pinch of ground cinnamon.

Notes

Freshly squeezed juices make the flavor pop. Adjust the syrup and cinnamon to taste. Pour ginger beer last for maximum fizz and don’t over-stir. Add extra spice with a cinnamon stick if you want more warmth.
