1-2cupssparkling water or sparkling apple ciderfor extra bubbles
ice cubes or ice ring
1cupdark or spiced rumoptional, for boozy punch
Instructions
Pour apple cider and apple juice into a large punch bowl.
Add orange juice concentrate and stir to blend.
Gently pour in ginger ale and lightly stir.
Add sparkling water or sparkling apple cider for more bubbles.
Add cinnamon sticks, cloves, and sliced apples and oranges.
Add ice or ice ring to keep cold.
If using, pour in rum and stir well.
Ladle into glasses, making sure to include some fruit and spices in each cup. Serve immediately.
Notes
Omit rum for a nonalcoholic punch. Garnish with fresh apple slices, cinnamon sticks, or cranberries for extra color. Best served cold—add ginger ale and bubbles right before serving to keep it fizzy.
