Ingredients

  • 2 oz white chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz vanilla vodka or plain vodka
  • 1 oz crème de cacao
  • 1 oz heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 2 drop vanilla extract optional
  • splash sparkling water or prosecco to finish
  • chocolate syrup for glass rim, optional
  • white or dark chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  • Chill martini glass in the freezer.
  • Fill shaker with ice. Add white chocolate liqueur, vodka, crème de cacao, cream, and vanilla extract.
  • Shake well for about 15 seconds.
  • Strain into chilled glass. Top with a splash of prosecco or sparkling water.
  • Garnish with chocolate shavings or drizzle syrup if desired.

Notes

Half-and-half makes it lighter; heavy cream turns it into dessert. Use vanilla vodka for extra smoothness. Garnish with both white and dark chocolate shavings for contrast. Serve in a chilled glass for best texture.
