This refreshing drink combines sweet watermelon, crisp white wine, and fizzy prosecco for a perfect summer cocktail. The mix creates a light, fruity drink that serves 6-8 people.
1bottle750ml dry white wine (Pinot Grigio works best)
1bottle750ml prosecco
1/2cuptriple sec
1/4cupfresh lime juice
1/4cupsimple syrup
1cupfresh strawberriessliced
1limethinly sliced
Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
Place watermelon cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Strain the watermelon puree through a fine-mesh strainer into a large pitcher.
Add white wine, triple sec, lime juice, and simple syrup to the pitcher. Stir well.
Add sliced strawberries and lime slices to the mixture.
Refrigerate for 2-4 hours to let flavors blend.
Just before serving, add the prosecco and stir gently.
Fill wine glasses with ice cubes.
Pour the sangria mixture into glasses and garnish with mint leaves.
