  • Large punch bowl or pitcher (64 oz capacity)
  • Long-handled spoon for stirring
  • Ice bucket
  • Champagne flutes or wine glasses
  • Fine-mesh strainer
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Citrus juicer

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup simple syrup
  • 2 bottles 750ml each prosecco or sparkling wine, chilled
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 oranges thinly sliced
  • 2 lemons thinly sliced
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Pour pomegranate juice, orange juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup into the punch bowl. Stir to combine.
  • Add the sliced oranges and lemons to the mixture.
  • Just before serving, pour in the chilled prosecco and stir gently.
  • Add ice cubes and sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top.
  • Serve immediately in champagne flutes or wine glasses.

Notes

The punch serves 10-12 people. Make the juice mixture up to 24 hours ahead and store in the fridge.
Keep extra prosecco chilled to top off the punch as needed.
For a non-alcoholic version, replace prosecco with sparkling water or ginger ale.
Add frozen fruit instead of ice cubes to prevent diluting the punch.
The simple syrup can be adjusted based on desired sweetness.
