  • long spoon or stirrer
  • Knife & cutting board
  • Tea kettle or pot
  • Strainer or tea infuser
  • Ice cube tray

Ingredients

  • 2 cups black tea brewed, cooled
  • 1 cup sparkling water or ginger ale
  • 1/2 cup peach nectar or juice
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice or lime juice
  • 1 fresh peach sliced (or a handful of frozen)
  • extra peach slices or lemon wheels for garnish
  • ice cubes as needed

Instructions

  • Brew black tea and let cool. Fill pitcher with ice.
  • Add cooled black tea, peach nectar, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the pitcher. Stir well.
  • Pour in sparkling water or ginger ale right before serving. Stir gently.
  • Add peach slices to pitcher for extra fruitiness.
  • Pour into tall glasses filled with ice. Garnish with more peach slices or lemon wheels. Serve immediately.

Notes

Frozen peaches double as ice. Use ginger ale for a sweeter drink. Blend fresh peaches for homemade nectar. Adjust syrup to taste. Serve right away for max fizz.
