Ingredients

  • 2 cups peach juice or blended fresh peaches
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 1 cup ginger ale
  • 1 cup peach punch
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons simple syrup (to taste)
  • fresh peach slices or frozen peaches for garnish
  • fresh mint, basil, or thyme sprigs for garnish
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Blend fresh or frozen peaches if not using peach juice. Pour peach base into a large pitcher.
  • Add peach punch, sparkling water, and ginger ale. Stir gently.
  • Mix in lemon juice and simple syrup, tasting and adjusting as needed.
  • Add ice cubes or frozen peach chunks to chill.
  • Add peach slices and top with mint, basil, or thyme before serving.

Notes

Use frozen peaches as ice cubes to avoid watering down the drink. Adjust lemon or syrup for more tang or sweetness. Swap in club soda or flavored sparkling water for a twist!
