- 2 oz fresh peach puree about 1 medium peach, pitted and blended
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- ¾ oz ginger syrup*
- 4 oz sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: peach slice and fresh mint sprig
*For ginger syrup:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 inches fresh ginger peeled and thinly sliced
Ripe, fresh peaches work best for this recipe. If peaches aren't in season, thawed frozen peaches can substitute. The homemade ginger syrup adds a spicy kick that balances the sweet peach flavor.
