Ingredients

  • 2 cups ginger ale
  • 2 cups sparkling water or sparkling wine
  • 1 1/2 cups apple cider
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 cup spiced rum or vodka
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1-2 limes sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • Mint sprigs for garnish
  • Ice ring with lime slices and cranberries

Instructions

  • Chill juices, ginger ale, and spirits beforehand.
  • Add ice ring to punch bowl.
  • Pour in apple cider, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice.
  • Stir in spiced rum or vodka and simple syrup.
  • Add ginger ale and sparkling water just before serving.
  • Top with lime slices, cranberries, and mint sprigs in glasses.

Notes

For a drier punch, use sparkling wine. Omit alcohol for a family-friendly version. The ice ring chills without dilution. Mint enhances aroma and freshness.
