1/4cupfresh orange juice
1/4cupfresh lemon juice
2cupssparkling water
1/4cupsimple syrup
Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
Wash and slice all citrus fruits into thin rounds.
Pour the white wine into the pitcher.
Add the sliced citrus fruits to the wine.
Mix in the fresh orange juice and lemon juice.
Add the simple syrup and stir gently.
Place the pitcher in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours to let the flavors blend.
Just before serving, add the sparkling water and stir once.
Fill wine glasses with ice cubes.
Pour the sangria into glasses and garnish with mint leaves.
Notes
The sangria can be made up to 4 hours ahead of time.
