Ingredients

  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup pear nectar or pear juice
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 12 oz ginger ale 1 can
  • 12 oz club soda or sparkling water, 1 can
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or agave syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 small orange thinly sliced
  • 1 small apple thinly sliced
  • 1 small pear thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup whole cranberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • fresh rosemary sprigs optional, for garnish
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Pour apple cider, cranberry juice, orange juice, pear nectar, and pomegranate juice into a large pitcher or punch bowl.
  • Stir in maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves until blended.
  • Add orange, apple, and pear slices, cranberries, cinnamon sticks, and pomegranate seeds.
  • Just before serving, add ginger ale and club soda. Stir gently.
  • Fill serving glasses with ice. Pour punch into glasses and garnish with rosemary if desired. Serve immediately for best fizz.

Notes

Add extra maple syrup or honey if you like it sweeter. For a tangier punch, add more cranberry or pomegranate juice. For more ginger, swap ginger ale for ginger beer. Extra fruit and rosemary make it extra pretty!
