Ingredients

  • 3 cups apple cider
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 cups ginger ale or sparkling water
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice or cranberry juice
  • 1-2 tbsp honey optional, for sweetness
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1 orange sliced
  • 1-2 apples thinly sliced
  • 2-3 cinnamon sticks
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • cinnamon sugar for rimming glasses, optional

Instructions

  • Chill all juices and sparkling ingredients ahead of time.
  • Slice apples, oranges, and lemon into thin rounds.
  • Combine apple cider, apple juice, orange juice, and pomegranate juice in a large pitcher or punch bowl. Stir gently.
  • Add fruit slices and cinnamon sticks. Chill if possible to blend flavors.
  • Just before serving, add ginger ale or sparkling water and stir gently. Add honey if you want it sweeter.
  • Serve in glasses (rim with cinnamon sugar for a festive touch), add ice and mint leaves as garnish.

Notes

For richer flavor, use spiced apple cider. Add more sparkling water for lighter punch. For parties, double the recipe. Add fresh cranberries for color or rim glasses with cinnamon sugar for extra holiday flair!
