A cozy, bubbly apple pie–inspired cocktail: apple cider shaken with cinnamon whiskey, honey, and a pinch of cinnamon, then topped with chilled sparkling wine. Festive, light, and easy.
Rim a flute or tall glass with a sugar–cinnamon mix.
In a shaker, combine apple cider, cinnamon whiskey, honey, and a pinch of cinnamon. Add ice and shake about 10 seconds.
Strain into the prepared glass.
Gently top with chilled sparkling wine to keep the bubbles. Garnish with a thin apple slice.
Notes
Chill all components first so the bubbles last longer. For a mocktail, omit the whiskey and use more cider with sparkling water. When batching, mix the still ingredients in advance and top each glass with sparkling wine just before serving.
