  • 1 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 oz simple syrup optional
  • 1 oz lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • ice cubes
  • 2 oz heavy cream
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar for whipped cream

  • Strain into a spritz or wine glass filled with ice.

Notes

Chill the sparkling wine for crispness. Whipped cream should stay soft, not stiff. Rim glass with sugar for extra festive flair. Adjust sweetness to taste with simple syrup.
