coffee liqueur

heavy cream

Grated nutmeg or cinnamon stick

Instructions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Pour in dark rum, coffee liqueur, cream, and simple syrup.
Add a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg.
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until chilled.
Strain into a chilled glass filled with ice or serve straight up.
Garnish with grated nutmeg or a cinnamon stick.
Notes
Freshly grated nutmeg provides stronger aroma. Use half-and-half for a lighter version. Chilling the glass improves overall flavor and texture.
