Equipment

  • Large pitcher
  • Wooden spoon
  • Sharp knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Measuring cups
  • Wine glasses

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle 750 ml dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 green apple diced
  • 1 peach sliced
  • 1 lemon thinly sliced
  • 1 lime thinly sliced
  • 1 cup white grapes halved
  • 2 cups club soda
  • Ice cubes

The main ingredient is a bottle of dry white wine. Brandy adds depth, while sugar balances the flavors.

Instructions

  • In a large pitcher, mix the white wine, brandy, and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  • Add the diced apple, sliced peach, lemon slices, lime slices, and halved grapes to the pitcher.
  • Cover the pitcher and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Just before serving, add the club soda and stir gently.
  • Fill wine glasses with ice cubes.
  • Pour the sangria over the ice, making sure to include some fruit in each glass.

Serve and enjoy!

    Notes

Sangria Blanca tastes best when made ahead of time. This allows the flavors to blend.
You can swap fruits based on what's in season. Try using pears, oranges, or berries for variety.
For a non-alcoholic version, replace the wine with white grape juice and skip the brandy. Add more club soda for fizz.
Adjust the sugar to your taste. Some people prefer it sweeter, while others like it tart.
Leftover sangria can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days. The fruit may get soggy, so you might want to remove it before storing.
