  • 1 cup salted caramel whiskey
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 1 cup Irish cream
  • 1/2 cup coffee liqueur
  • 1/4 cup salted caramel syrup or caramel sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • flaky sea salt for garnish
  • whipped cream optional
  • apple slices optional, for garnish
  • caramel candies optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Pour caramel sauce onto a small plate and dip glass rims in caramel, then in flaky sea salt.
  • In a mixing pitcher, combine salted caramel whiskey, apple cider, Irish cream, coffee liqueur, and caramel syrup or sauce.
  • Stir in the heavy cream.
  • Add a good amount of ice and stir well until cold.
  • Strain the punch into rimmed glasses.
  • Top with whipped cream, apple slices, caramel candies, or another sprinkle of sea salt if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Regular whiskey with caramel syrup also works. Chill ingredients for a colder punch. Add extra caramel syrup for more flavor. Scales up for groups. For non-alcoholic, use cider and caramel-flavored milk. A pinch of flaky sea salt cuts the sweetness. Martini glasses make it fancy but any glass works. Serve cold for best texture.
