Instructions
Brew your espresso and let it cool slightly.
Add vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, salted caramel syrup, and simple syrup to the shaker.
Add ice and shake hard for 15–20 seconds, until very cold.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Drizzle caramel sauce inside the glass or over the foam and sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
Notes
Use a dark roast espresso for bold flavor. If you don’t have salted caramel syrup, mix caramel syrup with a pinch of sea salt. Garnish with extra caramel for a sweet finish. For a richer drink, try caramel vodka. Shake hard for the best foam.
