  • Martini glass (chilled)
  • Measuring jigger
  • Small plate (for rim)

Ingredients

  • 2 oz caramel vodka or regular vodka
  • 1 oz Irish cream liqueur such as Baileys
  • 1 oz heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 1 oz chocolate liqueur
  • 0.5 oz caramel syrup or salted caramel sauce
  • sea salt pinch, plus more for rim
  • ice cubes
  • caramel sauce or chocolate syrup optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Chill a martini glass. Rim with caramel sauce, then dip in a little sea salt.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add caramel vodka, Irish cream, chocolate liqueur, heavy cream, and caramel syrup.
  • Add a small pinch of sea salt. Shake 15–20 seconds until cold and creamy.
  • Strain into the chilled glass. Drizzle caramel or chocolate on top if you like. Serve immediately.

Notes

Add a shot of espresso for a mocha twist, or use apple-flavored vodka for a caramel apple riff. Go easy on the salt—just a pinch keeps the balance right.
