Ingredients

  • 4 cups apple cider
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • 2 cups vodka
  • 1 cup salted caramel syrup
  • 2 cups ginger ale
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup grenadine
  • 2 red apples sliced thin
  • 2 green apples sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • Caramel sauce optional for glass rim drizzle

Instructions

  • Chill the apple cider, juice, and vodka before starting.
  • In a punch bowl, combine cider, juice, vodka, and caramel syrup. Stir well.
  • Add lemon juice and pumpkin pie spice. Stir gently.
  • Mix in sliced apples and cranberries.
  • Top with ginger ale and grenadine just before serving.
  • Optional: Drizzle caramel around glass rims before serving punch into glasses with fruit.

Notes

Make ahead and refrigerate for best flavor blending. Add ginger ale just before serving to keep it bubbly. Adjust sweetness to taste with grenadine or apple juice.
