vodka

lychee juice

Instructions
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
Add vodka, lychee juice (or syrup), fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and rose water.
Shake 10–15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled martini or highball glass (with fresh ice if serving long).
Top with club soda and give a gentle stir. Garnish with a lychee and a mint leaf. Serve immediately.
Notes
Rose water is potent—start with just a couple drops. Use lychee syrup for a sweeter drink. Chill the glass and ingredients to keep the fizz lively.
