  • Cocktail shaker
  • Measuring jigger
  • Bar spoon
  • Highball or collins glass
  • Strainer
  • Citrus juicer
  • Ice cubes

Ingredients

  • 2 oz RumChata
  • 1 oz Malibu Lime (coconut rum)
  • 1 oz lime juice fresh; or use lime cordial for a sweeter drink
  • 3 oz club soda or soda water
  • ice cubes for shaking and serving
  • lime wedge for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Add RumChata, Malibu Lime, and lime juice. Shake gently for ~10 seconds to chill.
  • Strain into a chilled highball or Collins glass packed with fresh ice.
  • Slowly top with club soda and give one gentle stir to combine without killing the fizz.
  • Garnish with a lime wedge and serve immediately.

Notes

Keep everything well-chilled so the cream stays smooth when topped with soda. Use lime cordial for a sweeter, softer profile, or extra fresh lime for more bite.
