Ingredients

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Add rum, apple cider, and maple syrup.

Notes

Use unfiltered cider for richer flavor, or filtered cider for a cleaner appearance. Spiced rum brings autumn warmth, while dark rum offers deeper flavor. For batch serving, mix rum and cider in a pitcher and top each glass with fizz just before serving.
