Ingredients

  • 2 oz peach vodka or peach‑infused bourbon
  • 1 oz peach nectar or fresh peach puree
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup 1:1 sugar and water; adjust to taste
  • 2 oz sparkling wine or champagne, well‑chilled
  • ice cubes for shaking and serving
  • peach slice or mint sprig for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Add peach vodka (or bourbon), peach nectar, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  • Shake firmly for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
  • Top with sparkling wine or champagne and give a gentle stir to combine.
  • Garnish with a peach slice or mint sprig and serve immediately while bubbly.

Notes

Use a dry sparkling wine to keep the drink from getting too sweet. Reduce the simple syrup if your peach nectar is very sweet. For a stronger profile, swap vodka for peach‑infused bourbon.
