  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 4 oz Prosecco
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Place strawberries and one rosemary sprig in the shaker. Muddle gently to release flavors.
  • Add simple syrup, lemon juice, and ice to the shaker. Shake for 10-15 seconds.
  • Strain the mixture into a champagne flute, filling it about halfway.
  • Top with Prosecco, pouring slowly to keep the bubbles.
  • Garnish with the remaining rosemary sprig.
