Instructions
Pour bourbon, lemon juice, and rosemary honey syrup into a cocktail shaker.
Add ice and shake for about 15 seconds to chill.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Add 2–3 dashes of bitters if desired.
Top with a splash of club soda for fizz.
Garnish with a rosemary sprig and lemon wheel. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use quality bourbon for best flavor. The rosemary honey syrup can be prepped ahead (equal parts honey and water with rosemary, simmer 5 min). Adjust syrup or lemon for sweetness and citrus level. Garnish isn't just for looks—the aroma really pops!
