Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin London Dry recommended
  • 1 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 small sprig fresh rosemary for muddling and garnish
  • ice cubes for shaking and chilling

Instructions

  • Add rosemary sprig to shaker and muddle gently to release oils.
  • Fill shaker with ice.
  • Add gin, elderflower liqueur, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup.
  • Shake for 15 seconds until well chilled.
  • Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with fresh rosemary sprig or a lime wheel.

Notes

Adjust sweetness by changing the amount of simple syrup. Honey syrup can be substituted for added richness. Always use fresh lime juice and good-quality gin for the best flavor. For a non-alcoholic version, replace gin and liqueur with tonic water and elderflower cordial.
