Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz rosemary simple syrup
  • 4 slices cucumber
  • soda water to top
  • ice cubes
  • fresh rosemary sprig for garnish
  • cucumber slice for garnish

Instructions

  • Muddle cucumber slices in a cocktail shaker.
  • Add gin, lime juice, and rosemary simple syrup to the shaker.
  • Fill with ice and shake well until chilled.
  • Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
  • Top with soda water.
  • Garnish with a cucumber slice and a rosemary sprig.
