Ingredients

  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey, agave nectar, or maple syrup
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary plus extras for garnish
  • 1-2 slices grapefruit optional
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • 1-2 mint leaves optional
  • lemon or orange wheel for garnish
  • ginger ale or tonic water optional, to top off

Instructions

  • Muddle rosemary sprig in cocktail shaker to release flavor.
  • Add lemon, orange, and lime juice plus sweetener. Stir or shake until dissolved.
  • Add ice cubes and shake well until chilled.
  • Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with sparkling water or club soda (or ginger ale/tonic for variation).
  • Garnish with grapefruit slices, rosemary, mint, and a citrus wheel. Serve immediately while fizzy.

Notes

Make rosemary simple syrup for a smoother herbal note. Swap in blood orange or add extra mint for variety. Mix everything except bubbles ahead for parties, then top off to serve. Fresh lemon and lime juice are key for brightness.
