  • splash fresh clementine juice optional, for sweetness

Instructions

  • Add gin, lemon juice, and rosemary simple syrup to a cocktail shaker.
  • Fill shaker with ice and shake for about 15 seconds.
  • Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with sparkling water; pour slowly to preserve bubbles.
  • Stir gently with a bar spoon.
  • Garnish with rosemary sprig and lemon wheel.

Notes

Let rosemary syrup steep for about 15 minutes to avoid bitterness. For a sweeter twist, add a splash of clementine juice. The mocktail version skips the gin and adds extra sparkling water.
