Ingredients

  • 4 oz red wine Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, or Pinot Noir
  • 4 oz ginger ale chilled
  • ice cubes
  • orange slice, lemon twist, or fresh berries optional garnish

Instructions

  • Fill glass halfway with ice cubes.
  • Pour in 4 oz red wine over ice.
  • Slowly top with 4 oz chilled ginger ale.
  • Gently stir with a long spoon to combine without losing bubbles.
  • Add garnish if desired and serve immediately.

Notes
