Ingredients

  • 4 oz premium vodka
  • 6 oz fresh lemonade
  • 12 fresh raspberries plus extra for garnish
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Lemon wheels for garnish

Instructions

  • Put 6 raspberries in each Collins glass.
  • Muddle the raspberries gently to release their juice.
  • Fill both glasses with ice cubes.
  • Pour 2 oz vodka into each glass.
  • Add 3 oz lemonade to each glass.
  • Stir gently with a bar spoon to mix.
  • Garnish each glass with raspberries, a lemon wheel, and mint leaves.

Notes

Fresh-squeezed lemonade gives the best flavor. If you use store-bought lemonade, pick a high-quality brand.
Keep raspberries cold until you use them. Cold berries stay firm when muddled.
For a stronger raspberry flavor, muddle extra berries or add 1/2 oz raspberry liqueur to each glass.
Make a mocktail by replacing vodka with club soda or sprite.
Prepare the drink in advance and store it in a pitcher. Add ice right before serving.
