A beautifully balanced gin sour with fresh raspberries, floral rose, lemon, and a silky foam. Refreshing, tart, and perfect for spring or any time you want a special, elegant cocktail.
Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, rose water or syrup, and egg white or aquafaba.
Dry shake (no ice) vigorously to build foam.
Add ice cubes and shake again until well chilled.
Strain into a glass. Top with soda water if desired. Garnish with mint or a raspberry.
Notes
Use aquafaba for a vegan cocktail. Adjust sweetness by tasting before serving. Rose gin or fresh berries both work for floral notes. For a brighter cocktail, add a splash of soda water.
