  • Cocktail shaker
  • Strainer
  • Muddler or spoon
  • Jigger or measuring tool
  • Highball or collins glass
  • Bar spoon
  • Ice cubes

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin raspberry gin if you have it
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz rose syrup
  • 0.25 tsp rose water
  • fresh raspberries 4-5
  • 2-3 oz soda water or sparkling water
  • ice cubes
  • rose petal for garnish

Instructions

  • Muddle raspberries in the shaker until well crushed.
  • Add gin, lemon juice, rose syrup, and rose water. Add ice and shake hard for about 15 seconds.
  • Strain into a tall glass full of ice.
  • Top with soda water and gently stir with a bar spoon.
  • Garnish with a rose petal or extra raspberries.

Notes

Fresh raspberries give the brightest flavor and color. Adjust lemon and syrup to taste. A single rose petal is all you need for a floral garnish.
