gin
raspberry gin if you have it

fresh lemon juice

rose syrup
0.25
tsp
rose water
fresh raspberries

soda water
or sparkling water
ice cubes
rose petal
for garnish
Instructions
Muddle raspberries in the shaker until well crushed.
Add gin, lemon juice, rose syrup, and rose water. Add ice and shake hard for about 15 seconds.
Strain into a tall glass full of ice.
Top with soda water and gently stir with a bar spoon.
Garnish with a rose petal or extra raspberries.
Notes
Fresh raspberries give the brightest flavor and color. Adjust lemon and syrup to taste. A single rose petal is all you need for a floral garnish.
