Raspberry Mojito (Mocktail)

A refreshing, alcohol-free mojito that muddles raspberries and mint with bright lime, then tops it with sparkling water for a fizzy, summer-ready sip.

Equipment

  • Muddler
  • Mixing glass or shaker
  • Measuring jigger or tablespoon
  • Fine-mesh strainer
  • Tall glass (12-16 oz)
  • Bar spoon
  • Ice cubes or crushed ice

Ingredients

  • 6-8 fresh raspberries frozen works too
  • 8-10 leaves fresh mint
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 4-6 oz club soda or sparkling water
  • ice cubes
  • lemon slices or extra mint optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Add raspberries and mint to a mixing glass and muddle gently to release juices and oils.
  • Add lime juice and simple syrup; stir to combine.
  • Fill a tall glass with ice and strain the raspberry–mint mixture into the glass.
  • Top with club soda or sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish with extra mint or a lemon slice. Serve immediately while fizzy.

Notes

Use fewer raspberries or less simple syrup for a drier drink. Prep the raspberry–mint base ahead and keep chilled; add soda at the last minute to keep the bubbles lively. If using dried mint, skip muddling and use a small pinch instead.
