- 2 cups fresh raspberries frozen work too
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves plus extra sprigs for garnish
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice about 6-8 lemons
- 3/4 cup sugar or honey adjust to taste
- 6 cups cold water
- 1 lemon thinly sliced for garnish
- Ice cubes
- Optional: 1 cup sparkling water for extra fizz
For a less sweet version, reduce sugar to 1/2 cup. The raspberries can be substituted with strawberries or blackberries for different flavor variations.
