Wash the raspberries and place them in the pitcher.
Use a muddler to gently crush the raspberries until they release their juice.
Add lime juice and simple syrup to the pitcher. Stir well.
Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer to remove seeds.
Fill tall glasses with ice cubes.
Pour the raspberry-lime mixture into each glass, filling about 1/3 full.
Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves, raspberries, and lime slices.
