Instructions
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add vodka, lemonade, and simple syrup (if using).
Add the fresh raspberries and lightly muddle to release their juices.
Shake for 10–15 seconds until well mixed and chilled.
Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice (or frozen raspberries).
Top with club soda or sparkling water and stir once to combine. Garnish with lemon slices and extra raspberries.
Notes
Use chilled ingredients to keep the drink crisp. For a drier finish, skip the simple syrup. Swap in prosecco for the soda to make a sparkling wine spritzer.
