Equipment

  • Champagne flutes or wine glasses
  • A pitcher for mixing
  • A long spoon for stirring
  • A measuring cup
  • A knife and cutting board (for lemon garnish)

Ingredients

For 6 servings, gather:

  • 1 bottle 750 ml chilled prosecco or champagne
  • 3 cups raspberry lemonade chilled
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 lemon sliced for garnish
  • Ice optional

Use good quality prosecco or champagne for the best taste. Fresh raspberries add a nice touch, but frozen work too.

Instructions

  • Chill all ingredients before starting.
  • In a large pitcher, mix the raspberry lemonade and prosecco.
  • Gently stir to combine.
  • Fill champagne flutes 2/3 full with the mixture.
  • Add a few fresh raspberries to each glass.
  • Garnish with a lemon slice.
  • Serve right away.
  • Add ice if you like, but it may water down the drink.

For best results, make and serve immediately.

    Notes

This recipe is easy to adjust. For a stronger drink, use more prosecco. For a sweeter taste, add more lemonade.
You can make a non-alcoholic version by swapping the prosecco for lemon-lime soda or sparkling water.
Try different fruit lemonades like strawberry or blueberry for variety.
Leftover mixture can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days, but it will lose its fizz over time.
