  • Long stirring spoon
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Small whisk
  • Knife and cutting board
  • Fine-mesh strainer
  • Serving glasses

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle dry white wine 750 ml, Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc
  • 1 cup apple cider or sparkling apple cider
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree or pumpkin pie syrup
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or pumpkin spice syrup
  • 1/4 cup spiced rum or pumpkin pie vodka, optional
  • 1 gala apple sliced
  • 1 ripe pear sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries optional, for color
  • 2-3 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • club soda or prosecco for topping before serving

Instructions

  • Slice your apple and pear.
  • In a large pitcher, combine white wine, apple cider, pumpkin puree or syrup, and maple or pumpkin spice syrup.
  • Add spiced rum or pumpkin pie vodka if using.
  • Stir in pumpkin pie spice and add the cinnamon sticks.
  • Add sliced apple, pear, and cranberries.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours to let flavors blend.
  • Right before serving, top with club soda or prosecco for fizz.
  • Serve over ice and garnish with extra fruit or a cinnamon stick if desired.

Notes

Pinot Grigio is smooth, Sauvignon Blanc is crisp. Maple syrup adds rich sweetness; pumpkin spice syrup amps up fall flavor. Chill to blend flavors. Add more cider or grape juice for non-alcoholic. Whisk pumpkin puree well to avoid lumps. Taste before serving and adjust sweetness or spice if needed. Bubbly topping makes it extra festive.
